Sweet Relish 2

Chopped Celery ½

Eggs 2 doz

Delicious 4 to 5 large
Peeled
and chopped
- Peel, cut , wash and cook potatoes. let cool
- Cook eggs, peel and cut – set aside
- Chop celery and onions – set aside
- Mix mayo, mustard, relish, eggs, celery, and onion
- Peel wash and chop apples and mix into mayo, mustard, relish, celery, and onion mixture.
- Slowly mix in potatoes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
